*How much is shipping to AK, HI and PR?
Due to the increased shipping cost we charge a weight surcharge to all orders being shipped to AK, HI and PR. The surcharge is based on the product weight and the USPS Priority Mail shipping rates. You will see the surcharge displayed in the checkout page.

Can I cancel my order once it has shipped?
You can, but please be aware that we ship orders within 24 hours and once your order has been shipped we will assess a $10.00 cancellation charge plus the actual return shipping costs. Please note that large and heavy items such as block sets, rugs and furniture can be very expensive to return.

How much is Express shipping?
Our checkout automatically calculates Express rates depending on the ZIP code you provide, just lick on the "Get Express Quote" button below or order summer in the shopping cart page. We offer 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air Saver. We currently do not offer Saturday deliver.

When/how will my Express order ship?
We ship from Upstate NY, usually within 24 hours, so please take a look at our UPS map to determine how quickly your order may arrive by ground. We reserve the right to send the Express shipment with the service we deem best suited to get the package to you in the time requested.

Note to Canadian and other international customers. We DO NOT SHIP outside the U.S. at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How will my order ship?
We use UPS and USPS, depending on the size and weight of your order. For large or furniture orders we use a freight company.

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, so please provide us with a street address.

Orders placed online usually ship within 24 hours (one business day). We ship Monday - Friday, except holidays.

Where do you ship from?
Our offices and warehouse are located in picturesque Skaneateles, NY 13152.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
We use UPS Ground for most orders and you can expect it to arrive within 1-6 business days (see map below). Small orders may ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (2-3 days), depending on size and weight.
