Return Policy

I received my order but it is damaged or missing items? What do I do?
Unfortuately, damages do occur occasionally during transit, or we simply made a mistake while packing your order. Please call us immediately at 866.628.5456 x1 and we will try to resolve the issue on the spot.

I changed my mind - how much time do I have to make a return?
If you changed your mind about an order, please be sure to refuse delivery and the order will be returned to us at no additional cost to you. Once you accept delivery you are responsible for all return shipping costs. You have 30 days to send your items back.

How do I make a return?
If you would like to return an item, please fill out the return form provided in your order and send it together with your order to:
Maukilo Returns, 4407 Jordan Rd, Skaneateles, NY 13152
To receive a full refund, please be sure that items are in new condition, in their original packaging with no signs of use. Please let us know why you are returning the item, so we can eliminate common issues in the future.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, you are required to pay for return shipping, UNLESS the return is a result of our mistake or the item was delivered damaged.

After playing with our new toy for only a short while, I noticed some damage.
Most of our toys are made from wood, a natural material, which can occasionally split or break with normal use - don't panic, just give us a call and we will send you a replacement (we may require you to email us a picture).

Can I exchange one item for another?
To keep things simple, we do not accept exchanges. BUT we ask you to return the item you would like to 'exchange' and place a new order for the 'new' item. As soon as we receive your return we will issue you a credit.

How long before I received my credit?
Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed. We will send you a brief email to let you know that your return has been received and processed, including your confirmation number.

I noticed that the priceof an item I recently purchased has changed. What do I do?
Prices are subject to change without notice and products may go on sale or clearance at any time. A refund for a price difference may be requested in writing and can only be issued within 7 days of purchase.
