Returns & Cancellations
If you are not 100% satisfied with your products please let us know!
- Maukilo accepts items being returned within 30 days from the date of sale. Items must be in new unused condition, in the original packaging and with all the tags attached.
- Fill out the form that is conveniently on the reverse of the packing slip that you received in your package. Mail this with your returned item(s).
- Please write your order number next to the return shipping label on the outside of the box.
- All items marked CLEARANCE and DISCONTINUED are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned (unless received in damaged condition or pre-approved by Maukilo support staff).

Skaneateles NY 13152 - If we receive the item back and the packaging is damaged or missing any labels, instructions or any pieces there is a 25% restocking fee.
- Maukilo does not offer exchanges. Please complete the above return process and then place a new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the items were shipped to you in error or if the products are defective/damaged.
- If you receive an incorrect shipment, a shipment that is not yours or a shipment that is defective/damaged or incomplete please contact us directly immediately so we can resolve the issue. Please call customer service at 1-866-628-5456 ext. 1 and request for your item to be picked up.
- If you refuse a shipment from the shipping carrier you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the package.
- Oopsy Daisy Items: All Oopsy Daisy items are custom made upon your request. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of these items because they are made especially for you. If you would like to change your Oopsy Daisy order, please contact us within 2 business days from when you place your order, otherwise your order has gone into production and cannot be stopped.
- Your Oopsy Daisy print(s) will ship directly from Oopsy Daisy in 2 - 3 weeks. UPS tracking information will be emailed to you.
